Spanning 2 acres, this picturesque property features a sprawling meadow, under 200′ pine trees, alongside the serene North Fork of the Washougal River.  A patio with a hot tub, nestled amid the tranquil sounds of a cascading waterfall is located on the nearby hillside.  Atop the hill resides the home and garden areas, along with other recreational ammenties.

The Meadow Next to the Swimming Hole

Our secret gem? A sprawling, flat meadow, hugged by towering 200′ pines and snuggled right up against the river. It’s a rare find – most mountain rivers rush through deep canyons, but here, it’s like your own private park. Ideal for campers, picnics, and whatever group games you’re into. And guess what? We’re cooking up even more ways to enjoy this little slice of paradise. Stay tuned!

The Hillside Patio Terrace

It started with just the meadow and the hilltop. But then, inspired by a local friend, we saw potential in the neglected hillside. We set out to make the river easily accessible for everyone, creating a grassy ledge halfway down. A few chairs were added for the view, which then sparked the idea: why not a hot tub? From there, things kind of snowballed. Then, the crazy idea that the river did not provide enough water sounds, so a water fall was added. But it didn’t end there, take a look at this hillside retreat that’s a must-see transformation.

On Top of the Hill

Up on the hilltop, there’s a whole other world. Picture this: a cozy patio by the top of the waterfall, just behind the house. Nearby, our garden’s starting to bloom, offering a view that sweeps across the property. And don’t miss the woodshop and loft, complete with a covered porch, right by the new asphalt driveway.

This is just the beginning, our Phase One. We’re dreaming big, planning to expand and evolve every corner of this place. Why? So we can share more of it with friends and family, of course.
